These terms and conditions apply to the “Airwallex x AsiaBC HK Incorporation Package Save US$200 Flash Sale” provided by Asia Business Centre (Holdings) Limited (“AsiaBC”) and Airwallex (Hong Kong) Limited (“Airwallex”).
1. Eligibility
You are eligible for this offer if all of the following apply :
- You are a valid client of AsiaBC.
- You purchase an eligible Hong Kong company incorporation package from AsiaBC during the Promotion Period.
- Your Airwallex application is submitted on your behalf by AsiaBC through the designated referral route within the Promotion Period (as defined below).
- At the time of enrolment in the Promotion, you are not an existing customer of Airwallex and/or its affiliates and have not previously used Airwallex's services.
- You complete Airwallex onboarding, including all requirements set by Airwallex, including Know Your Customer (KYC) requests.
- You comply with these Terms and any applicable customer agreements with AsiaBC and Airwallex.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion commences on 29 September 2026 and ends on 12 October 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Hong Kong time.
3. Promotion Details
Enjoy a US$200 discount on your purchase of an eligible HK Company Formation package from AsiaBC.
4. Other Terms and Restrictions
- This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by AsiaBC or Airwallex, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
- Eligibility for the Promotion, including whether a customer, transaction, or account qualifies, is determined by AsiaBC and/or Airwallex in their sole and absolute discretion, acting reasonably where required by law.
- Any cancelled, reversed, refunded, suspended, frozen, unauthorised, fraudulent, unlawful, unsupported, or otherwise ineligible transaction or activity will not qualify for the Promotion. Any cashback or benefit already applied may be reversed or debited without prior notice where fraud, abuse, reversal, cancellation, chargeback, unlawful conduct, or breach of these Terms has occurred.
- Neither AsiaBC nor Airwallex is liable to determine the eligibility of any transaction before it is made.
- Airwallex account opening and access to Airwallex services are subject to Airwallex’s standard eligibility, onboarding, risk, compliance, and approval processes. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
- AsiaBC and Airwallex may amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer, or these terms and conditions, at any time to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- AsiaBC and Airwallex reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters relating to this offer, including eligibility and qualification.
