Term: ≥ 5-year
State duty: EUR25,000-
This Latvian government bond does not generate interest.
Deposit in Latvian credit institutions
Amount: ≥ EUR300,000-
Term: ≥ 5-year
State duty: EUR25,000-
No withdrawal is allowed during the term period.
Purchase of real estate in Latvia
Value of real estate: ≥ EUR250,000- (Cadastral vl. at date of purchase: ≥EUR80,000-)
State duty: 5% of real estate value
The deal must involve a Latvian real estate agency.
Latvian business Setup
Capital Investment: ≥ EUR35,000- (business with ≤ 50 local employees AND annual turnover ≤ EUR10m) OR ≥ EUR150,000- ( > 50 local employees AND annual turnover > EUR10m)
Invitation from existing Latvian business is required for the application.
