The entire registration process take place on the internet, you can apply for you e-resident identity, purchase support from the corporate service provider, and register your OÜ anytime.
After the incorporation of your OÜ, Estonia government allows you to handle every statutory maintenance digitally, such as filing annual repors, tax returns, accounting books, and those ongoing secretarial services.
Holding Estonian e-Residency does not confer Estonian tax residency. However, an Estonian company is automatically tax resident in Estonia. Your company must obey Estonian law of corporate tax even if your are holding the company as a holder of Estonia e-Residency. Estonian government has prepared a webpage to explain Estonian corporate taxation for e-residents.
